Your Brightspace account is where you can access your course files and submit assignments. Here is how you can submit your assignments:
1. Go to Assessment > Assignments
2. From Assignments select the assignment that is due.
3. Click on “Add a File”
4. From the Window that has popped up, click “Upload” to add the document(s) to the assignment.
** Please note the max size of the document is 2 GB.
5. Find the document(s) you are wanting to submit for the assignment. In this example, the document was found on the Desktop, VCC (folder). See below:
6. After the document(s) has been selected, it will be listed as shown in the picture below:
7. If the wrong document(s) was selected, click on the “X” and repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
8. If the correct document(s) were added, click “Add”
** The uploading process can be cancelled at any time by click “Cancel”.
9. After adding, the document(s) they will be listed in the following window:
10. Students have the option to add comments in the “Comments” section.
11. At the bottom of the page click “Submit”
12. A confirmation window will pop up. Select “Yes” to confirm the File Upload.
13. To finish the process, on the next screen select “Done”.
What is Microsoft 365, and How Do I Access It?
IMPORTANT: Starting 2024 fall term, it is required to use your Coast Mountain College email (accessible via Microsoft 365) for all school-related communication. All correspondence from CMTN staff and instructors will be sent exclusively to your college email, ensuring you stay informed.
Microsoft 365 is available to all active CMTN students. It gives you free access to programs that can help you with your courses, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more. What is the Alertus App?
Alertus is a mobile application that notifies you in real-time when an emergency strikes at any of the CMTN campuses. You may find the download link and the installation steps for both Apple and Android on the Alertus page of our website.
What is Wi-Fi Calling?
