The Services Tab provides a single location for the submission of requests to IT, Facilities, COLT and more. You can view a description of the service, eligibility information, a list of related services and articles and, If you're unsure how to access or create a request, you can find a guide in our Knowledge Base.

The Knowledge Base is a centralized collection of information about services and applications offered. This includes known error messages, how-to guides, troubleshooting information, FAQs, training materials, and more. Some of the articles are visible for students to review while others are employee only and do require staff to be logged in to view them.

IT Systems Maintenance

Regular maintenance 9:00 pm Saturday until noon on Sunday
IT Services has a regular maintenance window and services may be unavailable during this time. Please do not create a ticket during this window. Other outages may be scheduled as required.
