This form is for miscellaneous requests related to Brightspace (D2L) such as access authorization to add another Instructor to one of your course shells. It is not for new shell requests, class list updates, student account issues or Faculty usage assistance. For these issues please see the following list of service forms.
For new shell requests please use the Brightspace Shell Creation service. For class list updates please use the Brightspace: Class List Update service. Student accounts with technical issues should be reported using Technical Issue - Student Account.* For assistance making use of Brightspace as an Istructor, please use the Faculty Support Request service.
