  3. HP USB-C docking station;

    Docking stations allow employees using a laptop, to plug in and use common peripherals such as monitors, keyboard, mouse, etc. This is ideal for employees who are using a laptop and have a permanent office where they can plug in to more comfortably make use of it.

    As the Coast Mountain College standard tablet device, Surface Pro 8 are available by request with accompanying business case*.

    Requests must be submitted by an employee's direct reporting manager or delegate with an accompanying business case that captures the *reasoning and justification for touch display and convertible tablet use. See: What is a Business Case? 

    NOTE: This is not a peripheral device such as the Wacom tablets available to borrow from the Library. The Surface Pro 8 is functionally equivalent to a laptop and therefore employees who are approved for one should be prepared to make use of it as their primary workstation.
  1. HP Z2 Tower Workstation - with business case*

    HP Z2 Tower Workstation is the CMTNs standard high-performance workstation, available by request with accompanying business case*.

    Requests must be submitted by an employee's direct reporting manager or delegate with an accompanying business case that provides the *reasoning and justification for video editing, or other processor-intensive applications.
