Not only does this protect any student information held in your mailbox as it is within our network, but also provides consistency for the students.

PII, or personal identifiable information, includes any type of data that can be traced back to a specific individual. This list only scratches the surface of items that count as personally identifiable information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Email
  • Telephone number
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number
  • Fingerprint
  • Driver’s license number
  • Credit/debit card number
  • Social security number
